Open Question: Where can I find measures of sunlight contacting Earth's surface?

I am working on a project to build an algal fuel production facility in Nevada. Ideally, I would like to show that Nevada receives lots of incoming electromagnetic radiation from the sun that falls into the photosynthetically active radiation (PAR).
